What should I consider when choosing a home health care provider?

When considering who you will be having in your home, it is important that you check credentials. Are they suitable for the task? Have they been checked by Disclosure Barring Service? Are they registered with a professional standards agency?

Do you provide free consultations before we decide on a home care professional?

Consultations initially take place over the phone, if it is decided that we can offer you the help you need then we will arrange to visit you in your own home. We charge an assessment fee, this is deducted from your first invoice if you choose to employ our services.

Are your practitioners certified professionals?

Our services are led by a very experienced Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience in health care. The rest of the staff are certificated to NVQ level or are working towards this achievement. All staff have regular training and provide care to the highest standard.
