The minute I heard Louise on the phone I knew she was the person for us. I asked my stepdaughter who was a nurse to check out her credentials, all exemplary. She immediately fitted in with my husband and my family. My husband was not an easy patient and I couldn't get him to do some of the things required of him. In came Louise...... she could get him to do anything. She is a brilliant, thoughtful nurse, putting her own life on hold in favour of her patient. Not only did she look after the patients took on board the complex needs of the family and looked after them as well...
I couldn't recommend her more highly... I personally can't thank her team enough for what they did for us.
